First Login & Initial Setup

Overview

Your first login is the gateway to AIAccount cloud accounting software. Through an email invitation, you will set up your password and verify your email address. The entire process takes just a few minutes, after which you can start managing your business accounts right away.

Steps

  1. Check your invitation email — After registration, you will receive an invitation email from AIAccount containing your login link.
  2. Set your password — Click the link in the email to open the password setup page. Enter your email address and create a secure password. Click "Resend Email" if you did not receive it.
  3. Log in to your account — Enter your email and newly created password on the login page.
  4. Email verification — A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code and click "Verify" to complete the login. Click "Resend Code" if needed.
  5. Access the dashboard — Once verified, you will be taken to the AIAccount dashboard. We recommend heading to "Company Information" first to complete your business profile.

Important Notes

  • Use the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience. A zoom level of 67% is recommended for optimal viewing.
  • Keep your password safe. If you forget it, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.
  • If you do not receive the email after multiple attempts, check your spam folder or contact support.
  • Complete your Company Information setup immediately after your first login to ensure all features work correctly.
