Welcome to AIAccount Cloud Accounting Software (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). The Service is provided by AIAccount Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By registering, logging in, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and safeguarding your login credentials. All activities conducted through your account are deemed to be your own actions. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful commercial purposes. It is prohibited to use the Service for any activities that violate Malaysian laws and regulations, including but not limited to: falsifying financial records, tax evasion, and money laundering.

4. Data Ownership

All financial data created and stored through the Service belongs to you. The Company will not access, use, or share your data without your authorization, except as required by law or as necessary to provide technical support.

5. Fees & Renewal

The Service is charged according to your selected plan. If your subscription expires without renewal, your account will become read-only, and you may still export your data. Data from accounts not renewed for more than 90 days may be purged.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." The Company endeavors to ensure service stability and data accuracy but shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by network failures, system maintenance, or force majeure. The Service does not constitute professional accounting or tax advice; users should verify the accuracy of their financial data independently.

7. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Amended terms will be published on the website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
