e-Invoice Settings & Customization
Overview
AIAccount offers comprehensive e-Invoice customization settings to help you adjust electronic invoice behavior and appearance according to your company's needs. All settings are managed in the Settings tab within the MY E-Invoice module.
Customize e-Invoice Email Template
You can customize the ending of the e-Invoice email sent to customers:
- Go to E-Invoice Settings
- Find the email template settings area
- Replace the default "Thank you." with your preferred content, such as a company signature or special notes
- Click Save
Set CC Email
You can specify one or more email addresses to be automatically CC'd whenever an e-Invoice is sent to a customer:
- Go to E-Invoice Settings
- Enter the email address(es) in the CC Email section
- After saving, every e-Invoice sent will automatically CC the specified addresses
This is especially useful for businesses that need their accounting department or management to receive invoice copies.
Auto-Send Email Setting
By default, AIAccount automatically emails customers after an e-Invoice is submitted to LHDN. To disable this feature:
- Go to E-Invoice Settings
- Untick "Send e-Invoice email to customers (after submission to LHDN)"
- Click Save
QR Code and UUID Display Settings
You can display the e-Invoice QR Code and UUID number on your tax invoices:
- Go to E-Invoice Settings
- Tick "Show the QR Code and UUID Number in Tax Invoice"
- Click Save
Once enabled, every invoice generated by AIAccount will display the corresponding QR Code and UUID for customer verification.
Consolidated e-Invoice Limit Settings
You can adjust the consolidated limit based on regulatory changes or company policy:
- Amount Limit: Default RM10,000. Set to 0 for no limit
- Limit Message: Customize the alert message shown when the limit is exceeded
The default message is: "From 1 Jan 2026, amounts exceeding RM10,000 cannot be included in a consolidated e-invoice."
Effective Date Setting
If you entered an incorrect e-Invoice effective date during initial setup, you can update it in the Settings tab:
- Find the Effective Date field
- Change it to the correct date
- Click Save
