Connect to MyInvois Portal

Overview

To use AIAccount's e-Invoice features, you first need to add AIAccount as an Intermediary on the MyInvois Portal for your company. Once connected, AIAccount can send and receive e-Invoices on your behalf without you needing to manually log in to the MyInvois Portal.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have a registered account on the MyInvois Portal
  • Prepare your company's BRN (Business Registration Number) and TIN (Tax Identification Number)
  • Fill in the correct BRN, TIN, contact number, company email, and address in AIAccount's Company Information

Connection Steps

  1. In AIAccount, click the "MY E-Invoice" module and go to the Connector tab
  2. Go to MyInvois Portal and log in using your company director's account
  3. After login, click "MyInvois" on the top navigation bar
  4. Navigate to your profile on the top right
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page, find the intermediary table, and click "Add Intermediary"
  6. Fill in AIAccount's company details (TIN, BRN, Company Name in CAPITAL LETTERS)
  7. Set the representation date range (recommend setting "Representation To" to 10 years from today), enable all permissions, and click "Add Intermediary"
  8. Return to AIAccount's Settings tab, fill in the required information, and save

Enable Received Tab Access

By default, the MyInvois Portal only allows intermediaries to access e-Invoices submitted on your behalf. To manage received e-Invoices in AIAccount, you need to grant additional access:

  1. On the representatives table in MyInvois Portal, click "Register ERP"
  2. Fill in the ERP Name, select the Client Secret expiration (3 years recommended)
  3. After successful registration, securely save the Client ID and Client Secret provided
  4. Go to AIAccount's Settings tab, enter the Client ID and Client Secret in the ERP Access Credentials section

FAQ

What if there is an existing intermediary?

If the current intermediary is still active, you need to expire it first: open the existing intermediary record, click Edit, change the "Representation To" date to yesterday, and save. The status will update to Expired, allowing you to add AIAccount as the new intermediary.
