Integration Steps

Step 1: Generate an API Key in AIAccount

  1. Log in to AIAccount → Settings → Integrations → API Keys
  2. Click "New Key", name it myChms
  3. Grant permissions: sales.write, expense.write, einvoice.submit
  4. Copy the generated key (shown only once)

Step 2: Paste the Key in myChms

  1. Log in to myChms admin → Settings → Accounting Integration
  2. Select "AIAccount"
  3. Paste the API key
  4. Click "Test Connection" — you should see "✅ Connected"

Step 3: Map Funds to Ledger Accounts

Step 4: Test the Sync

Enter a test offering (RM 10) in myChms. Within 10 seconds, check the Receipts list in AIAccount — the entry should appear automatically.

FAQ

Will historical data sync automatically?
No, only new records after connection. To migrate historical offerings, contact us for bulk-import assistance.
What happens if a sync fails?
Failed entries stay in myChms's retry queue, retrying every 10 minutes for up to 3 attempts. After that, you'll be notified via WhatsApp/email.
Will member personal details sync?
No. For privacy, only amount, fund category, and date are synced — not names or contact info.
